How do I cancel an order?
Plans can change before you head out into the field. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@tyeearchery.ca and we’ll do our best to stop it before it ships.
How do I get a refund?
If something’s not quite right with your setup, we’ve got you covered. Email orders@tyeearchery.ca with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return and refund process.
How do I modify an order?
Need to swap out gear or fine-tune your setup? Send us an email at orders@tyeearchery.ca right away. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll help make the change.
How do I track an order?
Once your gear is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your shipment all the way to your door so you’re ready for your next outing. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact orders@tyeearchery.ca.
Why is my order delayed?
We know you’re eager to get geared up for your next shoot or hunt. Delays can happen during busy seasons or due to carrier slowdowns. If your order seems stuck, reach out to us at orders@tyeearchery.ca and we’ll help track it down.
