The T.R.U. Ball Assassin Scout is for archers who want a streamlined, hassle-free release that stays out of the way until it's needed. It's built on the award-winning Assassin caliper head and pairs it with a redesigned web strap and a two-slot connector, so you can dial the head in to suit a wide range of finger lengths. Pull the trigger and the jaws open; ease off and they close. That's the whole operation.

Features

Fully-independent standard caliper jaws — the jaws close silently to load, then release the d-loop smoothly and evenly as they open, which minimises torque for a cleaner, more consistent shot. Every set of jaws is tested before packaging.
Travel adjustment — a single adjustment screw sets exactly how far the trigger travels before activation, so you control the responsiveness.
Two-slot web strap connection — durable nylon web with a locking web connector and a plastic keeper for a custom, stay-put fit. The flexible design keeps lateral torque off the string and tucks out of the way until you draw.

Choose your strap

Black leather buckle strap — sturdy top-grain leather with premium metal hardware and 8 sizing holes for a repeatable, secure fit. Includes a built-in belt loop strap.
Black Velcro® strap — infinitely adjustable and quick to snug down, a good pick for growing archers or anyone who wants a custom fit that holds shot after shot.

Both strap styles feature comfortable neoprene padding, and both are offered in Junior (JR), Large (L) and X-Large (XL).

Wrist sizing

T.R.U. Ball sizes these straps by approximate distance around the wrist:

Velcro® strap — Junior 6" to 7 3/4"; Large 6" to 8 1/4"; X-Large 7" to 9 1/2".
Buckle strap — Junior 5 1/4" to 7 3/4"; Large 6" to 10".

You will not be left wondering. Once your order is in, we email you a status update every week until it ships — where it is, and what is next.

Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order and we will tell you exactly where that item stands.

Free pickup at either store. Choose pickup at checkout and we will have it ready, usually within 24 hours.

If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it out — you should not be out a cent for our mistake.

Changed your mind? That is fine too. Send it back and we refund the full price of the product. Return shipping is on you in that case, and the gear has to come back to us complete and in sellable condition — unused, undamaged, with the packaging, parts and paperwork it arrived with. Once it lands and checks out, the full product price goes back on your card. Shipping is the only thing you are out.

Built-to-order gear is final sale. Custom arrows and anything else built to your spec cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back.
