Where is my order?

You will get an email once a week with the status of your order, every week, until it ships. When it does ship you get tracking the same day.

If you would rather not wait for the weekly note, message us below with your order number and we will check it.

How long until my order ships?

Every product page shows its own ship-in time. The tiers are:

In stock on our shelf: ships within 48 hours, usually faster.
SKRE apparel: about 5 business days.
Most accessories and everything else: about 2 weeks.
Bows: 4 to 6 weeks.
Hoyt bows: 6 to 10 weeks.
Crispi boots: message us for availability.

Bows are bench-set and shot by our techs before they leave, which is part of that time.

Can I return it?

If it showed up wrong or damaged, that is on us. We cover return shipping and refund you in full.

If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. As long as it reaches us complete and in sellable condition, we refund the full price of the product. You only wear the shipping cost.

Items built to your spec, and bows cut or set to your draw, are final sale.

Do you have it in the store right now?

Every product page has an In-store availability tab showing Kamloops and Campbell River. If it is on the shelf you can order it for pickup, or call the store below and we will put it aside.

Which draw length, draw weight or spine do I need?

Tell us your draw length, your current setup and what you are shooting at, and we will spec it for you. It is the same conversation we would have across the counter, and it costs nothing.

Not sure of your draw length? Come in and we will measure it, or send us your wingspan and we will get close.
