Refund policy

If it showed up wrong or damaged, that is on us. We cover return shipping and refund you in full.

If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. As long as it reaches us complete and in sellable condition we refund the full price of the product, so you only wear the shipping.

Items built to your spec, and bows cut or set to your draw, are final sale.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Email orders@tyeemarine.ca with your order number and we will take it from there.
