The Axcel RheoTech is a "tough-as-a-tank" fixed pin hunting sight, built as the evolution of the AXCEL ArmorTech with upgraded sight and scope features. Its 41mm scope houses micro-adjustable FirePin pins, a bubble level built right into the housing, and a RheoStat cover that lets you dial pin brightness up or down as the light changes. Choose your pin count, your pin size, and the mounting bar that suits your bow — Picatinny, direct mount, or dovetail Pro bar, with or without Mathews Harmonic Damper technology.
Scope and pins
- 41mm (1 3/4") scope housing
- Available in 4-pin, 5-pin and 7-pin configurations
- Pin size: .010" or .019"
- Standard fibre colours — 4-pin: green, red, yellow, green; 5-pin: green, red, yellow, red, green; 7-pin: green, red, yellow, green, yellow, red, green
- FirePin pins are CNC machined and fitted with ultra-flex, high-durability fibre
- Micro-adjustable pins — loosen the screw, fine-tune with the micro-adjust knob, retighten
- RheoStat cover to fine-tune pin illumination and eliminate starburst
- Visible in-line bubble level integrated into the scope housing
- Co-Planar Centering Technology (CCT) keeps the housing and pins on the same focal plane to reduce parallax error
Sight body and adjustment
- True 2nd and 3rd axis adjustment, each axis with a two-screw locking system
- Micro-adjustable windage and elevation knobs with gear tooth lock levers, so the lever can be set at any angle you prefer
- Sight light port (3/8"-32) accepts an AXCEL Sight Light or aftermarket lights
- Fully ambidextrous — mounts on either the left or right side of the bow
- Finish: black
Mounting options
- Picatinny — front mounting system that improves bow balance and frees up riser room for quiver clearance
- Non-Dampened (direct mount) — 6061 aircraft aluminum, universal to all standard bows, with 3 horizontal mounting positions for depth-of-field adjustment
- Non-Dampened Pro — dovetail side mount, universal to all standard bows, with 10 mounting locations on the bar
- Dampened (HD) direct mount — the standard direct mount plus Mathews Harmonic Damper technology to reduce vibration
- Dampened (HD) Pro — dovetail side mount with 10 mounting locations plus Mathews Harmonic Damper technology
Compatibility and what's included
- Direct mount and Pro dovetail bars are universal to all standard bows
- A quiver mount bracket is included with Pro models only; it allows quiver attachment to any sight equipped with a carbon bar or dovetail mounting system
Not sure which bar suits your setup? The Picatinny option sits forward for balance and quiver clearance, the direct mount is the simplest universal fit, and the Pro dovetail bars give you the most fore-and-aft adjustment. Get in touch and we'll help you match one to your bow.

Typical times once you order
- On our shelf — within 48 hours
- SKRE clothing — about 5 business days
- Archery accessories and most other gear — about 2 weeks
- Bows — 4–6 weeks
- Hoyt bows — 6–10 weeks
- Crispi — message us for availability; if it is not on our shelf we check what we can get before you commit
You will not be left wondering. Once your order is in, we email you a status update every week until it ships — where it is, and what is next.
Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order and we will tell you exactly where that item stands.
Free pickup at either store. Choose pickup at checkout and we will have it ready, usually within 24 hours.
Shipping & returns
If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it out — you should not be out a cent for our mistake.
Changed your mind? That is fine too. Send it back and we refund the full price of the product. Return shipping is on you in that case, and the gear has to come back to us complete and in sellable condition — unused, undamaged, with the packaging, parts and paperwork it arrived with. Once it lands and checks out, the full product price goes back on your card. Shipping is the only thing you are out.
Built-to-order gear is final sale. Custom arrows and anything else built to your spec cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back.
