Shipping & returns

If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it out — you should not be out a cent for our mistake.

Changed your mind? That is fine too. Send it back and we refund the full price of the product. Return shipping is on you in that case, and the gear has to come back to us complete and in sellable condition — unused, undamaged, with the packaging, parts and paperwork it arrived with. Once it lands and checks out, the full product price goes back on your card. Shipping is the only thing you are out.

Built-to-order gear is final sale. Custom arrows and anything else built to your spec cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back.

Get in touch before you ship anything so we can point you at the right store and keep an eye out for it.

I’ve been shooting the Victory VAP Target Shafts for a little over a year now, mainly for 3D and Outdoor Target, and they’ve been outstanding. The micro‑diameter design really does make a difference in the wind, and they pull from foam and paper effortlessly thanks to the coating.

What impresses me most is the balance of quality and price. For the consistency, durability, and performance these shafts deliver, they’re an incredible value. My sets have held up extremely well, and the spine and weight matching have kept my groups tight across all conditions.
