Since September 8, 2026 the Government of Canada applies a counter-tariff on U.S.-origin archery equipment and other goods. We pay it at the border and show it as its own line in your cart instead of hiding it in the price. It follows the quantity you order, and it never applies to our tariff-free brands.

The Trident Pro Flex is T.R.U. Ball's premium self-resetting thumb release, built for archers who want the shot cycle to keep moving. There is no cocking step and no reset to think about — the Tri-Star Hook System rotates back into the ready position on its own, shot after shot, helped along by a magnet that seats the sear. A body that is half nickel-plated brass and half aluminum adds the mass weight the world's top target archers ask for, while the absence of a cocking mechanism keeps the release quiet and crisp enough to carry into the field. Independent travel and sensitivity screws, each with its own lock, let you dial the trigger in to your own preference and leave it there.

You will not be left wondering. Once your order is in, we email you a status update every week until it ships — where it is, and what is next.

Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order and we will tell you exactly where that item stands.

Free pickup at either store. Choose pickup at checkout and we will have it ready, usually within 24 hours.

If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it out — you should not be out a cent for our mistake.

Changed your mind? That is fine too. Send it back and we refund the full price of the product. Return shipping is on you in that case, and the gear has to come back to us complete and in sellable condition — unused, undamaged, with the packaging, parts and paperwork it arrived with. Once it lands and checks out, the full product price goes back on your card. Shipping is the only thing you are out.

Built-to-order gear is final sale. Custom arrows and anything else built to your spec cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back.
