Since September 8, 2026 the Government of Canada applies a counter-tariff on U.S.-origin archery equipment and other goods. We pay it at the border and show it as its own line in your cart instead of hiding it in the price. It follows the quantity you order, and it never applies to our tariff-free brands.
Introduced on Veteran's day, the P-51 edition was inspired by the "shark mouth" commonly found painted on the P-51 Mustang aircraft during WWII and the Korean War. As a small thank you to all those who have served Shrewd are donating 25% of all proceeds from the P-51 Optum to the Hope for the Warriors foundation.

The hassle of changing pin positions, installing a light kit, and swapping fiber is gone. The Optum series are the epitome of adjustable efficiency.

- Adjustable fiber cover offers precise control over the pin brightness
- Three 8-32 threaded holes allow easy installation of a light kit right out of the box in seconds
- Two of the light positions illuminate the fiber
- One light position illuminates a dot on lenses or fiber in centered drilled lenses
- 8-32 Threaded light ports are compatible with Schlite, lp, and ZBros light systems
- Eight pin positions that can be changed in seconds with the Optum ring system
- Pin position indicator offers a quick reference for repeatability
- Optional sunshades that can be threaded on either side of the scope
- Keyway slot for the pin ensures it always remains in place and aligned correctly
- 7/16"-20 Plug closes the large hole typically found on the side of scopes for complete light control
- Mounting pocket accepts square and hex scope rods to prevent the scope from rotating
- Specific scope rods for axcel, spot hogg, and sure-loc are available
- Be sure to remove the hex nut on the 10-32 threaded rod before installing scope rods

- B3 - requires the use of the 10-32 x 1/2" button head screw that comes stock with the B3 sight when mounting the scope.
- Axcel - can mount to the stock axcel scope rod but will require a 10-32 x 2.5" button head bolt or the stock scope rod can be replaced with a 1/2" Shrewd scope rod.
- Spot hogg - requires a 3/8" Shrewd scope rod.
- Sure-loc - can mount to the stock scope rod but may require a 10-32 x 2.5" button head bolt or the stock scope rod can be replaced with a 3/8" or .455" Scope rod depending on the sight model (see scope rod product description).
- Shibuya - mounts directly to the sight with the included 10-32 bolt. No adapters are needed.

You will not be left wondering. Once your order is in, we email you a status update every week until it ships — where it is, and what is next.
Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order and we will tell you exactly where that item stands.
Free pickup at either store. Choose pickup at checkout and we will have it ready, usually within 24 hours.
Shipping & returns
If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it out — you should not be out a cent for our mistake.
Changed your mind? That is fine too. Send it back and we refund the full price of the product. Return shipping is on you in that case, and the gear has to come back to us complete and in sellable condition — unused, undamaged, with the packaging, parts and paperwork it arrived with. Once it lands and checks out, the full product price goes back on your card. Shipping is the only thing you are out.
Built-to-order gear is final sale. Custom arrows and anything else built to your spec cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back.
